What fitness level is required?+
Most treks are beginner friendly. We recommend being able to walk 6–8 km comfortably. Prepare with light jogs and stair climbs for 2–3 weeks.
What’s included in the trek fee?+
Certified trek leaders, camping gear, permits, meals during the trek, and first-aid support. Transport to basecamp is usually extra.
How do refunds and rescheduling work?+
Free reschedule up to 7 days before start. Refunds as per policy (processing fees apply). Weather cancellations are rescheduled or credited.
Is rental gear sanitized?+
Yes. Tents, sleeping bags, and jackets are cleaned and UV-sanitized after each trip.
What should I pack?+
Layered clothing, waterproof shoes, thermals in winter, rain cover in monsoon, personal meds, and reusable water bottle. A detailed checklist is emailed after booking.
